Some aftermarket body kit parts may require modifications for fitment. We recommend that you have these parts installed by a professional body shop who is experienced with body kit installations.

Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, moulding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.

All hoods are lightweight and may fly open while driving if not properly secured. We strongly recommend the use of hood pins in addition to the included latch. BodyKit Warehouse is not responsible for any damage caused by an improperly secured hood.

Some products sold may be intended for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for use on public highways. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.

It is our intention to offer our customers the widest selection of body kits, but sometimes at the expense of a longer wait period for procurement of a particular body kit (if it is not already in stock). Due to varying shipping times on certain aero parts, we ask that you do not schedule an appointment with a panel beater for installation until you have received your ordered parts. If your car is in need of repair due to an accident, we ask that you call us first to check if your desired body kit is in stock and estimated ship time prior to giving your panel beater any timeline. By placing an order with BodyKit Warehouse, you agree that we, BodyKit Warehouse can not be held liable for any storage fees incurred at your body shop.

BodyKit Warehouse ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. BodyKit Warehouse shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements.

Visitors may post comments and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
